Brush it off

The brush guard is removed from the winch bumper. This entailed quite a while with and angle grinder equipped with a cut off wheel. Here we are mocking it up.

Brushguard

I recently picked up a Brush guard, winch bumper and Mile Marker 12k winch. The previous owned apparently had something against hinges or he just did not want to ever open his hood because the brush guard was welded to the bumper. When I get a chance I need separate them. Also the winch didn't come with a controller so I must also track one of those down as well.

Window Motor

Had to put a new window motor in my truck the old motor was toast, probably stock... The new motor's dimensions were a little longer than the old one. So to make it fit we had to grind the corner down.

Wiper Upgrade

My old wipers were really beat, out with the old in with the new.

Kill Wire

So when I put my steering wheel back together my truck wouldn't start......... Checked all my fuses, and my wires seemed fine. Except for this one wire that seemed to be plugged in wasn't. Cut off some the conduit put it back in place, truck started....

Wheel welding

I noticed my steering wheel was starting to feel loose. Then about a week later I heard something crack. Sure enough the old welds cracked, so we Tig welded over the cracks. Now my steering wheel is as good as new.

Just Swaying

When I installed my steering gear box stabilizer I noticed my sway bar end links were pretty beat. I picked up a pair of new greasable ones on eBay for $20

The right direction

When I picked up the 95 2500 I noticed the truck wandered all over the place while driving. I was always having to correct the steering. After reading a bit online I purchased this steering gearbox stabilizer. $100 and made in the USA! I also picked up a set of Moog sway bar bushings. The install was easy and the truck handles 100% better! Sorry for the lack of pics I have been on a tight schedule lately and there is not a lot of time for wrenching
